At EZ RED Agentic, we take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines how our Chrome Extension collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Data Collection and Usage

EZ RED Agentic is designed to operate primarily on your local machine. We do not run central databases that track your Reddit usage.

• Local Storage: We use Chrome's local storage (`chrome.storage.local`) to save your OpenAI API key, license key, product details, and a record of posts you have already engaged with to prevent duplicate comments. This data never leaves your browser unless interacting directly with the APIs mentioned below.
• Reddit Data: The extension reads Reddit posts strictly to evaluate them for lead generation based on the parameters you set. We do not store or sell any scraped Reddit data.

2. Third-Party Services

Our extension communicates with the following third-party services to function:

• OpenAI: When evaluating a post, the text of the Reddit post and your product information is sent to the OpenAI API using the API key you provide. We do not control OpenAI's data retention policies. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for more details.
• License Verification: The extension may securely communicate with our licensing server to verify the validity of your activation key. No personal browsing data is sent during this check.

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not collect your Reddit username or password.
• We do not track your general browsing history outside of Reddit.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

All data processed by the extension is stored locally on your device. You can clear this data at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension's local storage via Chrome's settings.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
